Quadrise technology enables refiners to economically and rapidly free-up the valuable distillates traditionally used in fuel oil production. These can then be sold at market value, increasing refinery margins, with lower emission MSAR® and bioMSAR™ sold in place of fuel oil and biofuels.

Downstream Refining

A refinery currently producing heavy fuel oil can improve their margins by making MSAR® or bioMSAR™.  The bottom of the barrel can be sold directly to end-users using MSAR® technology, leaving the refinery to sell the diluents they would have used as premium products like diesel and kerosine.
