Andy is a director of growth businesses with almost forty years of experience encompassing major multi-national corporations and junior public companies. Andy spent 17 years at Shell plc in their oil products, lubricants and speciality chemicals divisions, where his roles included VP positions in sales, marketing, trading and strategy. Andy then held senior positions at BG Group plc and BOC Group plc in Corporate Strategy and New Business Development respectively. Since 2007, Andy has led a number of junior listed companies in both the energy and ESG sectors, where he has significant experience covering restructuring, turnarounds, new listings and acquisitions. Andy holds a first-class bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and fuel technology from the University of Sheffield.

Peter is an accomplished international CEO with over 30 years of experience in the global shipping industry. He began his career at A.P. Moller-Maersk, rising to Deputy Director, and later held senior leadership roles at major cargo operators including D/S Norden (SVP & MD Asia), Lauritzen Bulkers (President & CEO), and NORVIC Shipping International (President & CEO). Peter has led strategic operations across key maritime hubs such as Copenhagen, Seoul, Beijing, Singapore, and Dubai. Beyond executive leadership, Peter is deeply involved in maritime innovation, serving or having served on investment committees for Rainmaking, Motion Ventures, and The Shipping Collective, and on the board of AI start-up Shipster.ai. He holds degrees from IMD (MBA), Wharton (AMP), Copenhagen Business School (Board Program), and was a Fulbright Scholar at Georgetown University (Asia Studies).

Tony has more than 40 years of experience as a shipping executive across shipowning and management, maritime fund management and broking. He began his career at Wallem Group, later leading its Tokyo office, before co-founding several maritime ventures, including a British ship-owning company. He was also part of the pre-IPO management team of Pacific Basin Shipping.

In 2003, Tony founded Marine Capital, where he serves as CEO. Under his leadership, the firm has evolved into a specialist shipping investment manager focused on decarbonisation. Marine Capital provides investment management, physical ship operation, and advisory services to institutional investors and industry leaders.

Tony holds a BA (Hons) in Jurisprudence from Oxford University and actively contributes to maritime decarbonisation initiatives.

Vicky has more than 20 years of international experience in the energy sector with Shell. She spent 10 years working in South East Asia and the balance working out of London covering global businesses across Europe, North America, China, and Asia. Between 2015 and 2021, Vicky led Shell’s global marketing for automotive lubricants and downstream fuels, including Shell’s entry into Electric Vehicle fast-charging. She focuses on delivering value from the transition to net zero and has led organisational transformations accelerating the growth of lower-carbon fuels, developing circular supply chains, and reducing the cost of compliance.  Vicky holds a B.Eng degree from Universiti Malaya, an MBA from Strathclyde University, and studied Business and Sustainability Leadership at Cambridge University. She is a member of the Audit Committee and is Chair of the Compensation and Nomination Committees.

Michael is a senior board director, former investment banker and strategic finance leader with over 30 years of international experience across energy, fuels, infrastructure and industrial technology. He began his career at Dresdner Kleinwort advising FTSE 250 energy and infrastructure clients, before moving into clean-tech investment banking at Piper Sandler, and subsequently held Investment Director roles at Alpha Real Capital LLP and Bluefield Partners LLP. He is currently Chairman of Getech Group plc (AIM: GTC), where he oversees capital strategy, audit and financial governance, and is an NED and Trustee of Changeworks, Scotland’s leading decarbonisation charity. He is a member of the Audit & Risk Committee and Compensation Committee. Michael is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds an MA in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.

Dr. Linda Sørensen is a seasoned maritime executive with a proven track record in optimizing complex processes, enhancing operational safety, and driving efficiency across the oil, gas, maritime, and transport sectors. With a deep commitment to decarbonization and safety, she has dedicated her career to advancing the maritime industry by translating empirical research into practical, high-impact solutions.

Linda has held senior leadership roles at BW and the Frontline group of companies, served as a Senior Consultant and Technical Lead at Lloyd’s Register, and co-founded a technology company specializing in behavioural risk management. Her expertise spans consulting, research, and shipping operations, positioning her as a key advocate for sustainable shipping and a safer, more efficient maritime frontline.

Alfie is a Chemical Engineer who joined Quadrise in 2024 having previously worked for Infineum International in the chemical additives industry. Alfie provides engineering & technical support for trials & other business opportunities and helps manage the bioMSAR Zero™ development program.

Alfie is working towards chemical engineering chartership and has a First Class MEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath.

Matthew has over 30 years’ experience in the refining industry, having started his career at Mobil Coryton before transferring to BP in 1997. He has held several key roles across both BP and Castrol, developing extensive expertise in refining, economics, and trading, alongside deep technical knowledge of base oils, bitumen/asphalt, and other speciality markets. Matthew brings a strong commercial focus, advising on strategy, margin optimisation, and value creation across the downstream and speciality products value chain. Matthew also holds a BSc in Chemistry from Loughborough University.
